1. Your account
A Rebrained Account is created with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Google, and is associated with exactly one workspace at a time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe another party's rights, transmit malware or unsolicited bulk communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the service's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Every workspace starts on the Free plan at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the then-current listed price, and only the workspace owner can start an upgrade or manage billing. Payments for paid plans are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Paddle handles your payment, any applicable taxes, and your receipt.
You can manage or cancel a paid plan at any time from your workspace's Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then, and your workspace reverts to the Free plan afterward.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including a 14-day full refund window on your first purchase of any plan.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Rebrained Stack software and branding. You retain all rights in the content and data you submit to your workspace, and you grant us only the limited right to process it as needed to provide the service to you.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, including a violation of the acceptable use section above.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with place of jurisdiction Sarajevo. Contact: support@rebrained.app.
